Service Mode:
Typical Atari polygon racer games.
This game has both hardware DIP switches & internal settings. Hardware DIP switches will reflect local configuration after playback, not the recording. Other relevant rules are covered by internal settings. Service Mode is accessed using the Service Mode DIP switch or the Service button (F2) which toggles the DIP switch. An initial test screen appears which can be progressed passed by holding the P1 Start button. Navigation after that is with the P1 Coin Input (down) and P2 Coin Input (up) with selection via the P1 Start button. Configuration screens are in the Operator Screens menu option. Values can be changed with the combination of P2 Start and either P1 Coin Input or P2 Coin Input. Service Mode is exited by returning to the main menu and then altering the DIP switch/Service Mode button and this can be recorded in an INP.

radarscpc, radarscp

Note: two ROM sets represented here with changeover at 0.229

MAME History:
- 0.116: Couriersud implemented discrete sound from schematics in Radar Scope. Implemented discrete background from schematics and various effects (blue to black to blue background, exact priorities and Grid will flip open and close, vertical flipping on hit). Color generation from schematics (resistor mixer) for Radar Scope. Changed inputs. Added a "inverter oscillator" component. This can also be used as a raw sine generator - needed by Radar Scope. Replaced DAC/Samples sound with Discrete. Removed (dkong) samples. Changed VSync to 60.606061 Hz. Added dipswitches 'TP3' and 'TP5'.
- 0.121u3: Changed 'Radar Scope (TRS01)' to a clone of Radar Scope. Couriersud added speech support (samples) to Radar Scope (TRS01). Also added configuration switch to change palette between TKG02 (radarscp conversion) and TKG04 (dkong 2board).
- 0.229: Anonymous and Gaming Alexandria added 'Radar Scope (TRS02, rev. D)'. Note: A newer revision based on ROM labels, legitimate looking code changes, although in MAME it has some misplaced sprites flicking in the top left part of the screen near the score as the enemies appear. Does this glitch happen on the PCB? Changed 'Radar Scope' to clone 'Radar Scope (TRS02?, rev. C)'. Renamed (radarscp) to (radarscpc).
