A list of challenges already documented on the scoreboard (submissions accepted) for games that are expected to have reached their maximum (or minimum) that the programming permits possible. All such entries are of course subject to being proven false and so the list should not be taken as absolute confirmation and may fall out of date.

Unless a region-specific or platform-specific variation occurs, games and the challenge should only be listed once per (original) platform. Compilations of other games (retro compilations, for example) should not be listed unless there is a variation from the original.
