DreamKazper Suspended Indefinitely Amidst Allegations of Sexual Misconduct With a Minor

The Overwatch League has suspended Jonathan "DreamKazper" Sanchez indefinitely amidst allegations of the Boston Uprising player engaging in sexual misconduct with an underage fan that was first reported on by InvenGlobal. The Boston Uprising also announced their own indefinite suspension of DreamKazper before the league had announced their decision regarding the accusations towards the player, while stating that it too would be conducting an investigation into the matter.  

Earlier today the Overwatch League was made aware of the allegations against Jonathan "DreamKazper" Sanchez. He is suspended indefinitely while the league investigates this matter.

In addition to the suspension, the Overwatch League stated that they too will be conducting their own investigation of the allegations against DreamKazper.

The accusations surfaced from a Google document the underage fan has created detailing her conversations with the Overwatch League player accompanied by screenshots of the conversations that took place through Twitter direct messages, Facetime video calls and Snapchat. 

The 21-year-old player has been accused of engaging in sexually suggestive communication with a 14-year-old female for which it has been claimed that he knew she was underage and continued to coerce her into sending him sexually explicit photos, engage in sexually focused conversations and participate in explicit activities through Facetime and Snapchat. These claims have not been verified or confirmed by any legal or law-enforcement entity as of yet, but are being taken extremely seriously due to the extreme nature of the allegations. 

"After talking with close friends on the subject over the course of the month, I realized what a power dynamic it was. I'm stepping forward to hope this doesn't happen to anyone in the future," the underage fan stated, "DreamKapzer should have known better to engage in in explicit activity with someone seven years younger than him, especially when he represents a team. He used his social status to blind and take advantage of me." 

At the time of this writing, DreamKazper has not publicly commented on the situation.
