Tencent Games has announced that the North American (NA) Valor Series Playoffs for its mobile MOBA title Arena of Valor will be taking place at the E3 ESL Arena at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2018. The E3 2018 NA Valor Series Playoffs will mark the debut of Tencent Games at E3 and will be supported by Razer and AT&T.

Well known esports organizations, such as Immortals and Allegiance, will be taking part in the E3 2018 ESL Arena esports event. The winner of the NA Valor Series Playoffs will earn a spot in the Arena of Valor World Cup, which is set to take place in Los Angeles in July and will feature a $550,000 prize pool.

ESl has been running the title's NA esports series since April of this year, so it comes at no shock that the playoffs for the game's esports scene would be held at ESL's own esports arena at this year's expo. Razer will be providing the mobile phone hardware for the playoff competition, while AT&T will also be supporting the event by partnering with ESL North America and being granted permission from the United States Federal Communications Commission to show off  a 28 GHz demo of its 5G connection during the event.

With a guaranteed spot to compete for a prize pool worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, every competing team at the E3 2018 ESL Arena NA Valor Series Playoffs will be determined to play their very best in order to walk away the champions.

The ESL Arena NA Valor Series Playoffs for Tencent Games' mobile MOBA title will not be the only major esports event taking place at this year's E3, as a whole array of esports competitions will be taking place at E3 2018  and offering competitors the chance to take home some hefty prizes.
