Twin Galaxies Mobile App Released On iOS & Android
By TJ Denzer ·
A new Twin Galaxies mobile app has officially launched. Between esports coverage, record submission, and community interaction, this app covers nearly everything TG has to offer.
We at Twin Galaxies are proud to announce the rollout of a new app for Android and iOS devices. The Twin Galaxies app will give all fans and visitors a new and easy way to engage from pretty much anywhere with the Twin Galaxies universe.
The Twin Galaxies app features access to many of the major assets of the Twin Galaxies website including up-to-the-minute news, world record updates and judgement, forum access, and more. After downloading, users can immediately view all Twin Galaxies Editorial coverage and video game records and leaderboards. What’s more, users can log-in to their Twin Galaxies account (or easily register a first-time account) and dig deeper into what the app has to offer. From top to bottom, it's built to be streamlined and easy to navigate. You can check out a video of the app below.
Once logged in, Twin Galaxies members can access and post to the forums, leave comments on articles, and even submit new scores and records for their favorite video games easily. They can also engage in peer adjudication, checking out pending records by fellow users and voting them up or down as they see fit.
Perhaps one of the most awesome features of the Twin Galaxies app is the record submission system. The state-of-the-art system built for the app allows you to find the record track for the game record you want to submit, post the relevant information, and even upload images and videos right from your mobile device. If you’re recording your new world record on your iPhone or Android, then you’ve essentially got everything you need in one easily place for submitting - no moving files between platforms.
The Twin Galaxies App is part of our continued growth and push for excellence in gamer services that facilitates interaction, achievement, recognition and competition between people involved in the culture and activity of playing video games. We still expect to improve upon this new and excitingly versatile experience to meet the needs of our community and visitors. This new system is complex and we actively encourage our community to share feeback either on our site or from the Contact Us option within the app on your Twin Galaxies member account.
The app can be found on the App Store for iOS or through Google Play for Android.
