By Zac Cameron ·
The rebuild continues as the Seoul Dynasty look towards the 2019 season of the Overwatch League.

The Seoul Dynasty have signed three new players to their roster: Choi “Michelle” Min-hyuk, Hwang “Marve1” Min-seo, and Lee “Jecse” Seung-soo, with new coach Lee “WhyNot” Juh-yeop also joining the team. These new players bring the total number to nine, just over the minimum of eight needed by December 1st.
Both Marve1 and Michelle have joined the Seoul Dynasty from Lucky Future Zenith, the Overwatch Contenders China season two champions, while Jecse joins from Element Mystic, another highly ranked Contenders team from Korea. Coach WhyNot has experience working with teams O2 Ardeont and MVP Infinity.
The Seoul Dynasty started the inaugural season of the Overwatch League in fine form, however began to rapidly drop off towards the end of the season, ultimately finishing in eighth place. Since then, the roster has undergone numerous changes, with players leaving to join other teams: Kim “KuKi” Ki to Los Angeles Valiant, Koo “xepheR” Jae-mo to Florida Mayhem, and Gong “Miro” Jin-hyuk, Moon “Gido” Gi-do, Choi “Wekeed” Seok-woo, and Heo “Gambler” Jin-woo into free agency.
Technically, the Seoul Dynasty still has three more slots available to sign more players, however the organization has not revealed whether it will field a full twelve-man roster at this stage. for now, fans will have to wait and see if Seoul can once again become a dominant force in the Overwatch League, especially with new teams increasing the pool.
