SKT Find New Roster To Support Faker In 2019

After a dramatic announcement earlier this week that saw SKT T1 release almost t heir entire League of Legends roster, the organization has today revealed the players that will comprise the new roster, or at least some of them. The announcement came on Twitter, where SKT revealed that they had signed top laners Kim “Khan” Dong-ha and Kim “Crazy” Jae-hee, junglers Kim “Clid” Tae-min and Kang “Haru” Min-seung, and AD Carry Park “Teddy” Jin-seong.

Formerly of KINGZONE DragonX, Khan has made quite a name for himself as a carry top laner, winning two LCK titles and garnering fans across the world. Joined by Crazy from the bbq Olivers, Khan will be looking to present another carry threat for the team to hopefully take some of the momentous pressure away from Faker in the mid lane.

Haru has made a name for himself as the back-up jungler for Gen.G, where he shared the role with Ambition. For now, it’s unclear whether he will once again be sharing the jungler duties with Clid, formerly of the LPL team JD Gaming, though both players are capable of presenting carry threats should the need arise. Likewise, Teddy has gained a huge amount of respect from LCK fans thanks to his late game team fighting skill and decision making.

SKT is apparently still searching for more players for the mid lane and support roles, though one would expect that any other mid lane players they find would need to be comfortable playing second fiddle to Faker himself. The organization seems set on filling out a full 10-man roster however, so fans will need to wait just a little longer to find out who else will be joining the team.
