JKap on eUnited Teammate Abezy: He'll Be Disgusting for Years
By Nicholas Barth ·
Twin Galaxies was able to chat with JKap of eUnited at CWL Vegas, and he had plenty of high praise for his new organization and teammates.

After being a core part of the Luminosity Gaming roster for the 2018 Call of Duty World League (CWL) season, Jordan "JKap" Kaplan became one of the two newest members of eUnited with young star Tyler "aBeZy" Pharris and helped to form what many consider to be one of the most talented teams in Call of Duty esports.
Twin Galaxies was able to sit down with JKap at the first CWL LAN event of Black Ops 4 in CWL Vegas and discuss his new teammates and organization for the new season of professional Call of Duty.
TG: With aBeZy being one of the top young talents in Call of Duty esports, what has he brought to eUnited that has been the most beneficial to eUnited here at CWL Vegas?
JKap: “He brings a lot of raw talent. He shoots the Saug as straight as anyone. I promise you, whoever is listening, that gun is not easy to shoot at range, but he can beam across the map as good as anyone else. His raw talent is as good as it comes, and if you can just mold him and help him reach his potential he’ll be disgusting for years.”
TG: How has it been playing for your new organization of eUnited?
JKap: “They definitely have one of the biggest fan bases, mostly because of Clay (James "Clayster" Eubanks). Something I have been getting used to is having this many fans and seeing so many people in eUnited jerseys. There are more people coming through in eUnited gear that I have been used to on my past teams. The eUnited org is great. They treat us well. Everything runs smoothly. There are a few things that are different than other orgs that I am still getting used to, but overall it is all good. I enjoy the org and like everyone involved.”
TG: How has it been playing with Alec "Arcitys" Sanderson and Preston "Prestinni" Sanderson and the twin brother dynamic they bring to eUnited?
JKap: “It’s good having them together. They can say whatever they want to each other and at the end of the day there are no hard feelings. They will get over it. It’s good to have that transparency on the team, and you know that person won’t be upset about it over the long term. They are both fantastic players. It is funny to me that despite being twins they have the most polar opposite play styles. Prestinni is fast and has non-stop aggression. Alec is slow, and he knows it. He’s proud of it. That’s his role. He sits back, and he does it as well as anybody.”
TG: How does it feel to be back playing with Clayster, who you had won the 2015 Call of Duty World Championship with on eUnited?
JKap: “It feels good. We obviously have a lot of chemistry together. I wasn’t really worried about playing with him. I was more interested in how I would get along in-game and out of game with the other three. So far it has been going great. We have been getting along really good and playing really well. Great chemistry is what you look for in your team. It’s fun and when you are having fun and winning, it’s a great time."
JKap and Clayster have reunited for the first time since winning the 2015 Call of Duty World Championship with Denial Esports.

TG: How would you compare your current eUnited team in terms of talent and expectations to your teams in the past?
JKap: “Right now I still stand by my Black Ops 3 EnVy team being the best team that I was ever a part of. Maybe long term this eUnited team can trump that but for now that is my number one team. Besides that this eUnited team is as good as any team that I have ever been on. We have the potential to win multiple tournaments. We’ve seen it online and on LAN so far already. As long as we reach and hit that potential, who knows where we will end up. But for now this team is a tier below that Black Ops 3 EnVy team. I still stand by that.”
With the very talented roster that JKap has become a member of for the 2019 CWL season for Black Ops 4, the two-time world champion is looking forward to helping eUnited capture multiple championships going forward.
