By Nicholas Barth ·
Certain players now have the ability to acquire the Prodigy skin in Fortnite if they have played on a specific platform.
Unlike many big name titles in the video game industry, Fortnite Battle Royale and developer Epic Games have had exclusive content deals with the likes of Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony and Samsung for their particular gaming platforms. However, the partnership between Fortnite and Sony for content exclusive to the Playstation 4 console has been the longest, and the latest major content package for PS4 players has been revealed with the main focus being on the free Prodigy skin.
How to Get Prodigy Skin in Fortnite
In order for players to collect the new PS4 exclusive Prodigy skin they must have a Playstation Plus membership. If you have a Playstation Plus membership then all you have to do in order to get the Prodigy outfit and whole host of other items is to head to the PS4 Store on your console and download the Fortnite Playstation Plus Celebration Pack.
The Fortnite Playstation Plus Celebration Pack includes the Tabulator back bling and 2D Pizza emote in addition to the Prodigy skin. You can find a visual representation of the new skin, Tabulator back bling and 2D Pizza emote below.
While the Prodigy skin and the rest of the Fortnite Playstation Plus Celebration Pack continues the partnership for exclusive cosmetic content for Sony when it comes to the popular battle royale game, Epic Games is likely working on other exclusive cosmetic item bundles or singular items for the likes of the battle royale title on the Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and possibly mobile platforms.
