Fortnite Frozen Legends Bundle Launching December 24

In the latest Fortnite patch, there were a few skins leaked that were alternate, wintery versions of existing skins. Players initially thought that these skins would be released as alternate, editable styles, much like the new styles for the Ginger Gunner featuring the burnt effect. It turns out though that these three versions of Love Ranger, Raven, and Red Knight, will actually be part of an upcoming Fortnite Frozen Legends bundle that will release on Christmas Eve.

This was discovered because some players found out a way to purchase the bundle early. By setting their system date and time to December 24, players were able to buy the Fortnite Frozen Legends bundle and use the skins. This was very quickly patched by Epic Games though and the offending users have had their accounts banned, so we don’t recommend trying it.

When the Fortnite Frozen Legends bundle launches properly on December 24, it will cost $24.99/£19.99. That’s a relatively cheap price considering you get six legendary tier cosmetics in the Frozen Legends bundle:

• Frozen Raven Skin
• Frozen Iron Cage Back Bling
• Frozen Red Knight Skin
• Frozen Red Knight Shield Back Bling
• Frozen Love Ranger Skin
• Frozen Love Wings

A legendary skin is usually 2,000 V-Bucks by itself which is between $15 and $20, so with this bundle you get approximately $60 “worth” of cosmetics. Each is obviously a variant of the existing skins so if you do already own the Raven, Red Knight, and Love Ranger, this may seem less worth it. Nevertheless, more cosmetic bundles in Fortnite is definitely a good thing!
