In the top lane, Jorge “Werlyb” Casanovas Moreno-Torres, jungler Oskar “Selfmade” Boderek, mid laner Choi “Pirean” Jun-sik, AD Carry Juš “Crownshot” Marušič, and support Han “Dreams” Min-kook, will be the starting roster for SK Gaming. Werlyb, Selfmade, and Crownshot hail from Spanish esports organization MAD Lions, who recently claimed victory at the 2018 Summer EU Masters event. Dreams was formerly the substitute support player for Team Vitality, while Pirean was the secondary mid laner for SK Telecom, where he traded positions with the man himself, Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok.

SK Gaming already has a fairly long history with the competitive European scene, having battled hard for many years with teams like Fnatic for the top spot. Now they they’re back in action, with a roster that has already looked fairly impressive, soon the SK chants will once again ring through the LEC. The 2019 season is shaping up to be one of the most competitive seasons yet.
