Team Liquid and MIBR Announce Major CS:GO Roster Trade

There has been plenty of roster talk in the world of professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) recently with the latest major roster shakeup happening on Friday, December 21st that has seen Team Liquid trade Epitácio "TACO" de Melo and coach Wilton "zews" Prado to Made in Brazil (MIBR) in exchange for Jake "Stewie2K" Yip.

The major CS:GO roster trade will see TACO and zews join with Gabriel "Fallen: Toledo, Fernando "Fer" Alvarenga and Marcel "coldzera" David again, as the player and coach had formerly played with together on SK Gaming. With MIBR reportedly looking to rebuild its former all Brazilians roster that competed previously on SK Gaming by also adding João "felps" Vasconcellos to the MIBR CS:GO roster, it is expected that current MIBR member Tarik "Tarik" Celik will be released from the team in the near future.

Stewie2K will once again be a member of an all North American roster, such as his days on Cloud9 where he helped lead the organization to the ELEAGUE Major: Boston Championship in 2018, on Team Liquid.

Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella, Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski, Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken and Keith "NAF" Markovic will be the new CS:GO team members of Stewie2K on Team liquid and will be looking for the young and talented player to help Team Liquid get over the second place hump that has plagued the roster for multiple tournaments.

Another major development that has occurred due to the CS:GO trade between Team Liquid and MIBR involving Stewie2K, TACO and zews is the release of Janko "YNk" Paunovic from the position of coach for MIBR.

With the upcoming Intel Extreme Masters Season XIII - Katowice Major 2019 approaching closer every day, both Team Liquid and MIBR will be hoping to see their new CS:GO additions propel them to securing the most prestigious title available in CS:GO esports and stop what has been the unstoppable force of Astralis in the year of 2018 in the next calendar year.
