Streamer MrDeadMoth Banned Again from Twitch Following Backlash
By Nicholas Barth ·
MrDeadMoth has been banned once again on Twitch following his return to streaming after he had been previously banned for allegedly assaulting his wife live on stream.

Luke "MrDeadMoth" Munday, a streamer who has been charged with common assault against his wife after footage of him allegedly assaulting his wife live on stream surfaced, has been banned from Twitch again after returning to streaming following a 14 day ban for the original incident.
MrDeadMoth returned to streaming on December 30th following a ban given to him from Twitch regarding an alleged assault against his wife on a stream of MrDeadMoth that occurred in early December.
Many members of the Twitch community were upset at the fact that the organization had allowed the streamer back onto the platform and criticized the streaming platform for not handing down a permanent ban to MrDeadMoth following the original incident instead of only a 14 day suspension from being able to stream on his channel.
However, following the backlash from the community, Twitch looks to have banned MrDeadMoth yet again from the platform, as the official Twitch channel for the streamer is currently available for individuals to view.
Another channel that also is associated with Munday by way of being included in his Twitter profile has also be banned from Twitch.
At the time of this writing, neither Twitch or MrDeadMoth have publicly addressed the latest banning of the streamer who will be returning to court on January 10th to resume the court case against him regarding his alleged assault of his wife.
Court Documents state that MrDeadMoth has been previously charged with two cases of "malicious damage and common assault" in the year of 2011 with neither being domestic related and that the prosecution has a very strong case against MrDeadMoth due to there being "there are numerous independent witnesses to the offence as a portion of the incident was livestreamed," according to a report by news.com.au.
