Fortnite Ice Legion Fiends Ice Storm Challenges Location Guide

Saturday, January 19th saw the latest in-game event take place for Fortnite Battle Royale in the Ice Storm live event. This event saw the Ice King character break out of the sphere that he was inside of over Polar Peak and transform into a giant version of himself that caused a storm to cover the entire map of Fortnite in snow and fog. In addition to the map changes, the in-game event on January 19th saw the Ice Legion be introduced into Fortnite. This Legion has brought a group of enemies called the fiends to the popular battle royale title that are new versions of the Fortnitemares creatures. A new set of challenges have also gone live for the newly added storm event with the first three focusing on defeating these new Ice Legion fiends.

If you are curious about where the locations are for these creatures for the newly added Fortnite storm challenges, do not worry, as we have the locations where you can find these enemies at covered for you.

Fortnite Ice Legion Fiends Ice Storm Challenges Locations

These storm challenges contain 13 total tasks that players will have the ability to complete and earn some new cosmetic item rewards. However, only the first three challenges are currently live with the remaining storm challenges likely to be released in the following days. You can find the currently available storm challenges below.

• Complete Ice Storm Challenges (6) which rewards a new wrap
• Destroy Ice Fiends (0/250)
• Deal Damage With Explosive Weapons To The Ice Legion (0/5,000)

The locations of the Fortnite Legion fiends that players are now tasked with destroying are enormous shards where these fiends of the newly introduced legion will spawn. Unfortunately, unlike the Fortnitemares locations where there were designated locations at the runes where the creatures always spawned, there are not set locations where the Legion fiends will spawn. This means that players will be able to find the fiends for the new challenges at locations all across the map of Fortnite.

You can find an example of the shards that will spawn the Legion fiends that you will need to destroy in order to complete the first set of the new Fortnite tasks below.

With the passing of the highly anticipated in-game event and the introduction of the Ice Storm challenges featuring the new Legion fiends, Fortnite players have a good deal of new content to experience, as they search for the locations of these new enemies.
