The first season of the Overwatch League saw the NYXL dominate much of the competition, finishing with a league best 34-6 total record and an Atlantic Division title. In addition to those accolades, the NYXL reached the finals of each of the four stages, claiming victory in two of them.
Unfortunately for the team and their fans, the team fell short at the end of the season, where they failed to defeat the Philadelphia Fusion in a best of five series to advance further in the bracket and ending the season with a top four placing overall. The disappointment from the conclusion of the season probably still surrounds the team and their fans, as they now look towards the start of the 2019 season which kicks off on February 14th. For now, fans can satiate their desire to see more content from the team through the documentary later this week.
