Fortnite Network Failure When Attempting to Check Service Status Fixed

Tuesday, January 29th saw Epic Games implement the v7.30 content update for Fortnite Battle Royale. While the v7.30 content update brought a great deal of gameplay changes, it also looks to have introduced a major issue that is causing players to not be able to login into the popular battle royale title. Epic Games took to the official Twitter account for the game to announce that it was investigating the network failure when attempting to check service status issue that was preventing many players from not being able to login and was working on a fix to the problem.

However, Epic Games has been able to fix the issue that has been pestering players for some time today.

The service status page for Epic Games currently lists that there are major connection outages currently affecting the Epic Games services that are causing the network failure for a large section of the popular battle royale title's community.
