The Last Word was one of the most popular weapons in the first game of the Destiny franchise from Bungie. While The Last Word has been missing from the world of Destiny 2 since its release, Tuesday, January 29th changed this unfortunate fact with the introduction of The Draw quest. Players now have the opportunity to complete all of the steps in the newly added The Draw quest to unlock The Last Word to be used in their fight against evil in Destiny 2. The Last Word Destiny 2 Quest - The Draw
In order to begin The Draw quest to unlock the Destiny 2 version of this particular hand cannon players will need to head to The Drifter and speak with him. He will pass on The Draw Destiny 2 quest to you, and you will be able to begin your adventure to securing The Last Word for your collection.

The Cleansing
- Hive defeated with Solar damage - 100%
- Hive Tablets collected - 75
- Hive bosses defeated - 3
A Cleansed Artifact
- Visit the Drifter again
The Temptation
- Guardians defeated - 100%
The Damnation
- Uncover a dark ritual on Titan and stop the twisted ceremony
A new Jagged Purpose
- Find a Guardian's helmet penetrated by a unique bullet. Take it to the Drifter
Sullied Light
- Collect Etched Crystals from Lost Sector wanted escapees - 15
- Earn multiple "Best served cold" and "Blood for blood" medals in the crucible - 25
- Defeat Hive with precision damage to collect larvae - 50
- Sacrifice Hive bosses summoned in witches' rituals - 3
Sorrow's Road
- Visit the Drifter again
The Conversation
- Eliminate Enkaar, the Hive Weapon Master, in the Hellrise Canyon in the Tangled Shore
A Darker Path
- Collect The Last Word

The Draw Destiny 2 quest may take some time for players to complete, especially if you are not the most skilled Crucible player, but completion of all of the above steps will grant players a nice reward with the addition of The Last Word hand cannon to their inventories
