CWL London, hosted by Gfinity, will feature the $75,000 open tournament that is separate from the $325,000 main event. The 16 teams from the CWL Pro League will each have the opportunity to fight for their share of the prize pool, which is quite a bit larger than the $250,000 prize pool from CWL Las Vegas back in December of 2018.
CWL London will be the third major event of the season, following CWL Fort Worth in mid-March. After London in May, CWL Anaheim is set to explode in mid-June, with the competitive Black Ops 4 season wrapping up with the CWL Pro League playoffs and CoD Champs 2019 later this year.
