Hauntzer Gets Revenge On TSM As Golden Guardians Pick Up Their Second Win In The LCS

The former stalwart top laner for TSM has had his revenge as he helps guide the Golden Guardians to their first 2-0 weekend of the Spring Split.
After being replaced on TSM back in November of 2018, Golden Guardians top laner Kevin “Hauntzer” Yarnell has been adamant that he thinks TSM made the wrong choice by cutting him loose. Now facing off against his former team for the first time, Hauntzer has taken the opportunity given to him to prove them wrong, and he’s run with that chance.
While both teams have been struggling this season, any clash between former teammates is going to be an exciting one, meaning fans were glued to their seats as TSM and the Golden Guardians took to the rift. It didn’t exactly go swimmingly for the Golden Guardians or Hauntzer, with the top laner giving up first blood just six minutes into the game. As fans on the League of Legends subreddit are fond of saying however, “Once Hauntzer gave first blood, I knew it was over”.
The Golden Guardians were able to turn the match around and ultimately found victory against TSM to close out their first 2-0 weekend of the 2019 Spring Split. Both teams are now sitting at 2-4, meaning they’ll both have to do some hard work if they want to climb the ranks and eventually challenge for the top spot.
