The extremely popular and talented Fortnite streamer hit a historic milestone today.

Ninja Hits 100K Subscriber Mark on Twitch

The former Halo and Player Unknowns Battlegrounds professional player, Tyler "Ninja" Blevins has always been one of the most popular streamers on Twitch, but his following has grown massively with his switch to streaming Epic Game's popular Battle Royale game Fortnite. Considered to be the best player in the game, tens of thousands of viewers tune in to every stream to watch Ninja's extreme skill in the game. This in turn had led to Ninja gaining an absurb amount of subscribers recently. Today, the insane growth that Ninja's Twitch channel has seen reached historic numbers, as he reached the 100,000 subscriber mark.

To put this milestone in perspective, Ninja reached the 50,000 subscriber mark back on February 22nd. In only nine days, Ninja was able to double his subscirber amount. A major factor in this unprecented channel growth is the recent Twitch Prime promotion going on in Fortnite, as Prime members receive exclusive skins. The free monthly subscription that comes from a Twitch Prime membership can be used on any streamer, so with Ninja dominating the Fortnite directory it is not suprising to see many of the Twitch Prime subscriptions from the current Fortnite promotion make their way to him.

Maintaining this subscriber count would have Ninja collecting at least $250,000 a month, but that is only based on the basic $4.99 subscription model. With higher tier subscriptions ($9.99 and $24.99), advertisement revenue and donations, his monthly income is most likely much higher. While this historic subscriber count could lessen, due to massive sub trains and the non auto renewel factor of Twitch Prime subs, Ninja has made Twitch history and has no plans of slowing down.
