Fortnite Boom Explosive Bow 8.20 Content Update Statistics

Tuesday, April 2nd saw Epic Games implement the 8.20 content update patch notes for Fortnite Battle Royale and bring a variety of changes to its popular title. One of the most noteworthy changes made in the Fortnite 8.20 content update patch notes was the addition of the new Boom Bow that allows players to defeat enemy players in explosive fashion. Fortnite Boom Explosive Bow - 8.20 Content Update Patch Notes

The new piece of loot that was added into the battle royale game by the way of the explosive 8.20 content update patch notes fires arrows with shotgun shells attached to them at the end that explode on impact. Due to this feature, the new Boom Bow uses shotgun shells as its ammo source.

Players who hold the charge of the weapon for longer will see the arrow shoot farther with a maximum charge being available at 1.6 seconds. Base damage of 15 will be applied for direct hits with 100 damage being inflicted from the explosive blast of the Fortnite Boom Bow.
