With the first hacked message posted by the hacker(s) of the battle royale game's account posting the message regarding 4PF, many have begun searching to what exactly 4PF means. 4PF is an acronym for the phrase of "Four Pockets Full" and is used to state that an individual has a great deal of money. The 4PF term is used a great deal by hip-hop artist Lil Baby in his music.

Another one of the messages called for Epic Games to revert the controversial health and material siphon changes that saw the fan-favorite game mechanic be removed from the battle royale title's public playlists.

It remains to be seen if the hacker(s) will have control of the hacked Fortnite Twitter for much longer, as Epic Games is likely working very hard to regain full control of the social media account and stop the unintended messages, such as the 4PF one, from being made public.
