Mortal Kombat 11 (MK11) is finally available for fans of the legendary fighting game franchise across the world. The newest entry in the popular franchise contains a whole host of new things for players to experience. One of these new things that Mortal Kombat 11 has brought is the MK11 Krypt. This Krypt is an area where players can go to unlock powerful pieces of gears and unique skins to customize their favorite fighters with by opening Krypt chests. However, these Krypt chests can only be unlocked with a specific kind of currency that requires players to have obtained certain key items at specific locations. Mortal Kombat 11 (MK11) Krypt Key Item Locations

The first of these locations is right as a player enters the Krpt, as once a player has done this they will be awarded Shao Kahn's Hammer.

Gem of the Living is one of the next pieces players will have to secure, and it is located North of the outside of the Krypt. Here you will need to go past a set of statues and trigger a scene where the statue of Raiden is destroyed. A meteorite will then fall and players will be able to acquire the Gem of the Living by smashing the meteorite with Shao Kahn's Hammer. 

Kronika's Time Vault is one of the next locations for the Mortal Kombat 11 key item locations. Take the Gem of the Living to the time vault, and it will open up a door that will allow you to go further underground. A gate containing the next MK11 Krypt key item of Cracked Horn of the Motaro. 

Heading to the next set of locations on your quest to acquire all of the Mortal Kombat 11 key items, you will go near where the Gem of the Living was found and make your way to the western door that will take you to Goro's Lair. You will then find a chain in the corner of the lair that will trigger a cut scene when it is pulled. The Soul Amulet MK11 Krypt key item will then be located on a body in the room. 

Finally, the last of the MK11 key items, the Spear of Hanzo Hasahi will be located on a pillar located in the Armory in Goro's Lair. 

All visiting all of the locations for each Mortal Kombat 11 Krypt key item, MK11 players will be able to begin earning the currency items of Hearts and Soul Fragments and using them to unlock the valuable chests containing cosmetic items and gear.
