Ever since the Baller vehicle was first introduced into Fortnite Battle Royale, it has become one of the most dominant items in the game and has seen plenty of use in the $10,000,000 World Cup Qualifiers. However, players will not be able to utilize the strength of the Baller or any other kind of vehicle for the Week 6 Fortnite World Cup Qualifiers, as Epic Games announced on Thursday, May 16th that all vehicles will be disabled for this upcoming weekend's competition.

Taking to the official Twitter account of the popular battle royale title, Epic Games stated that all vehicles will be disabled in the Fortnite World Cup Week 6 Qualifiers because of an "issue where players can become stuck in a vehicle and unable to exit". This disabling of vehicles will also be applied to the battle royale game's Arena Mode until it is resolved.

Due to an issue where players can become stuck in a vehicle and unable to exit, we will be disabling all vehicles in Arena Mode and the Fortnite World Cup Online Open through the weekend.

While there are plenty of players who will be happy to see the Baller and other vehicles unable to be used in the next round of qualifying action for the $30,000,000 Finals of the Fortnite World Cup, there are others who are not pleased with the fact that there are already a number of players who have qualified for the Finals by using vehicles.

However, now players in the Week 6 Qualifiers will not have the same opportunity to use the same kind of items in their quest to secure a spot in the $30,000,000 event later this year.

Week 6 will see no vehicles being used by players in the $1,000,000 competition.

This will not be the first time that the qualifying action for the battle royale title's largest event ever has had vehicles disabled, as the same issue caused vehicles to be disabled for Week 5. Unfortunately or Fortunately, depending on your stance on vehicles in a competitive setting, this issue has once again sprung up for the Fortnite World Cup Week 6 Qualifiers.
