In the wake of the contract between Tfue and FaZe Clan being released, it has been reported by KEEMSTAR that the high-profile Fortnite player wants to create his own esports organization.

Tfue Reportedly Wants to Make His Own Esports Organization

High-profile Fortnite Battle Royale Twitch streamer and YouTuber Turner "Tfue" Tenney is currently involved in a legal battle with his organization of FaZe Clan, as Tfue filed a lawsuit against the popular esports organization to rid himself of what his party is calling an "oppressive" contract. This "oppressive" contract was released to the public on Thursday, May 23rd, and it included a variety of alarming clauses regarding revenue splits between Tfue and FaZe Clan, termination consequences, and a strict matching offer FaZe Clan could use when it came to other organizations offering contracts to Tfue.

Before the contract between Tfue and FaZe Clan had been released by TheBlast, the star Fortnite player posted a video to his YouTube channel on Wednesday, May 22nd where he asked the organization to release his contract for everyone to see and explained that one reason for his lawsuit against FaZe Clan was to bring "justice" to the esports community by bringing to light the predatory contracts that take advantage of players in the world of professional gaming.

However, it looks as though Tfue also has an additional motive for wanting his contract terminated, as a report by DramaAlert Host and YouTuber Daniel "KEEMSTAR" Keem stated that Tfue is planning to create his very own esports team.

According to the report by KEEMSTAR, an unnamed professional Fortnite player and Jack Tenney, Tfue's brother, told KEEMSTAR that Tfue is wanting to form his own esports organization due to FaZe Clan and his current contract holding him back from "changing the face of gaming forever".

Ricky "Banks" Banks, an Owner of FaZe Clan, responded to the report by KEEMSTAR and questioned why this desire of the streamer to create his own esports organization was not included in the original press release.

Wow Jack, you really blew it this time. Turner wants to make his own org? So this whole superhero, for the people, by the people narrative makes a little more sense now. Convenient. Why wasn't this apart of his original press release then? Why is this all about the poor kids now? https://t.co/34kVo5vMQJ

Tfue has not yet publicly addressed the report of his desire to terminate his contract with FaZe Clan in order to leave the organization to create his own esports team. However, due to the immense popularity that the Twitch streamer commands, it would not be surprising to see an esports organization formed by Tfue become one of the most popular in the industry in a very short time. That, however, can only happen if the Fortnite player can indeed get out of his current contract with FaZe Clan.
