FaZe H1ghSky1 True Age Reportedly Confirmed

FaZe Clan shocked the esports world when it had signed 13-year-old Fortnite Battle Royale player H1ghSky1 to its official roster, as the move made the player one of the youngest professional esports competitors in the world. However, the true age of H1ghSky1 has come under scrutiny recently thanks to an allegation made by star Fortnite Twitch streamer and YouTuber Turner "Tfue" Tenney in a lawsuit he filed against FaZe Clan where Tfue claimed the organization had lied about the age of H1ghSky1 when it had signed him and that he was not actually 13-years-old. This allegation has led to the uncovering of a new revelation that looks to have confirmed the true age of FaZe H1ghSky1.

FaZe H1ghSky1 Age

According to a report by Upcomer, the age of the professional Fortnite player is 12-years-old and not 13-years-old, which the organization had claimed the FaZe Clan member had been when he signed with the team. The evidence obtained by Upcomer that supports the player being 12-years-old comes from cached posts that were made in April of 2012. In these posts, the mother of FaZe H1ghSky1 wished the player a happy fifth birthday. This means FaZe H1ghSky1 would currently be 12-years-old and 11-years-old when he signed with the high-profile esports organization. Another post by the player's parents regarding their 16th wedding anniversary also stated that the player was five-years-old in 2012.

The problem that comes from this reported true age of the professional player is that Epic Games has set an age limit of 13-years-old for players in order for them to be eligible to compete in official Fortnite esports events such as the Fortnite World Cup.

There is also the issue that individuals who are not 13-years-old cannot be a partnered Twitch streamer or stream on YouTube. This would be a very damaging fact for the content creation career of FaZe H1ghSky1, as the Fortnite player currently boasts a Twitch channel with over 400,000 followers and a YouTube channel with over 800,000 subscribers.

FaZe Clan or H1ghSky1 have not addressed the reports of the player's true age at the time of this writing. However, if the true age of the player is indeed only 12-years-old and 11-years-old at the time of his signing, the popular esports organization could face serious consequences in the future.
