Rainbow Six Quarantine Revealed at E3 2019 by Ubisoft

Monday, June 10th saw the Ubisoft E3 2019 press conference take place with the company making plenty of high-profile announcements for its roster of games. One of the biggest announcements that came from the Ubisoft E3 2019 press conference was the official reveal of Rainbow Six Quarantine, the newest game in the legendary first-person shooter franchise.

Rainbow Six Quarantine

Rainbow Six Quarantine will be a player versus environment (PVE) title that has plenty of horror elements included in it to really drive up the adrenaline-fueled combat. This brand new game will be looking to do the same for the world of PVE shooters that its predecessor in Siege has done for player versus player (PVP) shooters.

This new title will consist of three player teams and is currently scheduled for an early 2020 release.

This would not be the first time that a title in the entry drew upon horror elements to deliver a unique PVE experience for players to play. Siege allowed players to fight against alien creatures in its Outbreak update. However, this was only a limited time event that has since passed. Rainbow Six Quarantine will be all about what looks to be some kind of biological infection that possibly will be turning people in frightening creatures that players will have to battle against in order to survive.

The reveal of Rainbow Six Quarantine did not come as much of a surprise to the video game world, as the title had been leaked ahead of the Ubisoft E3 2019 press conference. Fortunately, not much information had been leaked, so Ubisoft was able to show off plenty of new footage and details for Rainbow Six Quarantine at its E3 2019 press conference.
