Epic Games announced the official release date and time for the 9.21 update patch notes on the battle royale title's Twitter account on Tuesday, June 12th. 1 AM PST/ 3 AM CST/ 4 AM EST is when the server downtime for the implementation of the new changes will begin. As with previous updates for the popular game, the patch notes for the Fortnite 9.21 update will be made available when the server downtime begins.

The v9.21 update lands tomorrow, June 12. Downtime begins at 4 AM ET(0800 UTC).
The full set of changes that will be made to the battle royale title on June 12th are not currently known. However, the community does know that Epic Games will be introducing the new Proximity Launcher to the game's live servers. With powerful explosive weapons often not being looked upon favorably by the title's community whenever a new one is added, it will be interesting to see how the community responds to the addition of the Proximity Launcher this week.
