Jungler (1981) Arcade Maze Shooter (Konami)

Jungler is a classic maze-based arcade shooter developed by Konami and released in 1981. The game challenges players to navigate a labyrinth while confronting enemy robots. Its design reflects the early 1980s focus on fast-paced, single-screen action.

In the United States, distribution was handled by Stern Electronics beginning in 1982. Stern had previously released the 1980 maze shooter Berzerk, establishing a foothold in the genre. Jungler's arrival continued Stern's portfolio of arcade shooters.
