Xbox's chief strategy officer, Matthew Ball, later clarified that no exclusive streaming deal exists, and Rockstar Games has not confirmed any such arrangement, noting only that the title will not launch on PC. The speculation therefore remains unfounded, with no official Xbox-Rockstar streaming agreement in place.
