14-Year-Old 4DRStorm Impresses Ninja With $2,500 Victory in Ninja Vegas '18

Ninja Vegas '18, the Fortnite Battle Royale event created in partnership with Tyler" Ninja" Belvins and Esports Arena Las Vegas, took place last night, and it featured nine live games split into three heats. The competitors consisted of Ninja, Team Solimid's Ali "Myth" Kabbani, and over 225 other players all competing for a piece of the $50,000 prize pool. Each match was worth $5,000, with $2,500 going to the winner of the match and $2,500 going to the player who knocked Ninja out of the game. Commentating the event was OpTic Gaming content creator Jack "CouRage" Dunlop and Rogue streamer "Dr Lupo".

One of the $2,500 match winners was 14-year-old "4DRStorm", who took home the lucrative prize in game 2 of heat 3. With hundreds of thousands of viewers and Ninja himself spectating the final minutes of the match, 4DRStorm was able to secure the victory with highly skilled play that impressed the Fortnite legend himself.

The young player was in the top four of the match and began his run to securing the victory with a high build off battle with another player. During this time, Ninja showed off his commentary skills by explaining how in these situations a player's best solution to go underneath the structures and shoot their enemies down from below. Showing that either he had Ninja talking to him through his microphone or that his fighting knowledge of the popular battle royale title is up there with the greats, 4DRStorm made his descent to the ground and destroyed the giant structure his enemy was on with an RPG to send them plummeting to their elimination.

Right after celebrating his very well played skirmish moments before with a perfectly timed dance, 4DRStrom continued his quest to the victory royale with an precise RPG shot that connected onto a enemy in the distance to collect his fourth kill of the match.

With only one opponent left, the skilled player only had one enemy left between him and the $2,500 victory royale. Seeing the prize ripe for the taking, 4DRStorm agressively pushed his last enemy and fired a rocket from his RPG. The explosive projectile found its mark and eliminated the target to give 4DRStorm the victory royale and the $2,5000 grand prize.

You know that you are a talented Fortnite player when you can clutch a victory royale worth $2,500 in front of hundreds of thousands of viewers in Las Vegas. Now teenagers across the world can show their parents these videos and show that their time spent playing Fortnite could potentially result in a nice pay day.
