RESULTS: Philadelphia Continue Shanghai's Losing Streak
By Zac Cameron ·
After another clash in the Overwatch League, the Philadelphia Fusion have continued the losing streak of the Shanghai Dragons, taking them down in a clean 4-0 sweep.

As another day of matches comes to a close, the Shanghai Dragons are still yet to find their first victory, kept waiting just a little bit longer by the Philadelphia Fusion. Here’s a brief breakdown of the series.
The first map, Blizzard World, saw the Fusion make their attack first. After overcoming the defense from Shanghai, the Fusion were able to secure the first point and advance the payload. Despite facing resistance from the Dragons, Philadelphia were able to push the payload through the map and reach the final checkpoint, though with no time to spare. The attack from Shanghai was not as successful, as though they were able to secure the first point and advance the payload to the second, they were held up before reaching the end of the map, handing the win to the Fusion.
The second map, Horizon Lunar Colony, again saw the Fusion launch their attack first. Philadelphia was able to secure the first point, and keeping their momentum high, swiftly moved to capture the second point also, leaving plenty of time in the bank. The attack from Shanghai was less successful, as they found themselves barely able to secure 33.3% of the first point as the time ran down, handing the victory to the Fusion.
The third map, Oasis, saw the Dragons fight back against the Fusion. The first point came down to the wire, as the Fusion reached 95% before Shanghai was able to secure it and win the round for themselves. The second round went to Philadelphia, as they kept the Dragons to a relatively low 49%. The third and final round was much more one-sided, as Shanghai could only secure 16% before being forced off and conceding the round, map, and series to the Fusion.
The fourth map, Watchpoint: Gibraltar, again saw the Fusion showcase their skill. Their initial attack was able to push the payload through the course of the map, finally reaching the end with over three and a half minutes remaining. The attack from Shanghai was solid for a time, but ultimately failed to progress. The Dragons were able to advance the payload through the first and second checkpoints, but were stalled out on their approach to the third, ultimately pushed back as time ran out.
