Jump Force Teaser at Xbox Press Conference reveals Bandai Namco's latest creation

With a ton of exclusives already under their belt, and world premiere’s dropping left and right, it seems that Microsoft is set to capture as many markets as humanly possible. Dropping the first teaser look at upcoming game Jump Force, the game looks to combine some of the worlds favorite characters from different anime into one single clash. Want to see Luffy take on Frieza? It’s here.

Bandai Namco has a reputation for turning Shonen Jump series into excellent games, with their most recent fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ proving to be one of the most popular games in the FGC right now. What we know so far on this latest creation is very sparse for now, but we can at least confirm that there are characters from One Piece, Naruto, Dragon Ball, and even a little tease of Death Note in the background.

If the thought of having all these characters in one game isn’t enough, the general feel of the teaser looks to be a brawler type fighting game, so get ready to see how Naruto stacks up against Goku, maybe finally we’ll have an answer on who’s stronger, which will undoubtedly make some fans happier than others. That said, the tagline of “Unite To Fight” could point towards a more co-op style beat ‘em up game than a straight fighting game. Either way, we’re looking forward to seeing more details as they come in.

Update: it seems the game will not be coming to all platforms, with the Nintendo Switch reportedly being ruled out due to technical limitations.

For now, we’ll just have to sit tight and wait for more information, but it’s safe to say that this teaser alone has us on the edges of our seats. For more on what Microsoft had to offer with their press conference today, check out the latest news on the upcoming PUBG Xbox launch, here.
