Featuring a character that is skiing, today's image further provides evidence that Epic Games could possibly be adding skis and other snow based vehicles to the map of the massively popular battle royale title with the start of the new period of content.
With the first teaser image and teaser 2 also being accompanied by text that alludes to the world of Fortnite being frozen over by ice and snow, image 2 for content period 7 states that "A frigid day dawns" which looks to further confirm a winter like theme will be at the center of Fortnite Season 7.
Players of the battle royale title have also begun to see snow falling on spawn island with more winter like weather expected to hit the map of Fortnite as the start of Season 7 approaches. If the image that teaser 2 provides is any indication, players who will be chasing Victory Royales will be able to use skis to traverse terrain of the battle royale title that becomes covered by the likes of ice and snow.
With the last time that Epic Games updated its battle royale title with a winter theme being over a year ago when their game was nowhere near as popular as it is now, players can likely expect to see the developer hold no restraints when it comes to making changes to the map or adding other pieces of content to celebrate the season beginning on Thursday, December 6th.
