Fortnite Dual Pistols Will be Returning in 7.10 Update

While Epic Games has added a wide range of weapons to Fortnite Battle Royale in its life, the developer has also sent plenty of weapons to the vault where they are no longer available for players to use on their quests for Victory Royales. One of these vaulted weapons had been the dual pistols. However, the vaulted dual pistols will be making a return to Fortnite Battle Royale in the upcoming 7.10 content update, according to an Epic Games employee.

Eric Williamson, Design Lead for Fortnite Battle Royale, took to Twitter to announce that the vaulted weapon would make their return to the live servers of the title in the final 7.10 content update that is currently scheduled to be implemented on Tuesday, January 8th at 5 AM PST/ 7 AM CST/ 8 AM EST.

In addition to the return of the vaulted dual pistols, the final 7.10 content update will bring balance adjustments to the Boom Box item, X-4 Stormwing vehicle and the Dynamite explosive. Players are sure to be excited to see if Epic Games will be introducing nerfs to these three items, as each one has not been received positively by the community for the popular battle royale title.

It remains to be seen what changes have been made to the dual pistols during their stay in the Fortnite vault. However, Epic Games must feel that the changes made to the dual pistols are satisfactory enough for it to be reintroduced back into Fortnite with the final 7.10 content update.
