Will Apex Legends Have Solo and Duo Play?

Will Apex Legends have solo and duo play at some point? This is the question that many players are currently asking regarding the popular battle royale game.
As you have probably heard by now, Apex Legends is a brand new battle royale title from Respawn Entertainment that has quickly become the hottest game in the video game industry currently. Climbing to the top of the Twitch viewership charts and already having 10 million players in the span of 72 hours, there are plenty of people talking about and playing the team based battle royale title. However, even with all of the praise and success that Apex Legends has collected since its release, there is still one major question that many players are asking regarding the game. Will Apex Legends have Solo and Duo play in the future?
Will Apex Legends Have Solo and Duo Play?
The answer to the question of will Apex Legends have solo or duo play currently sits at no. The reasoning for this is because Respawn Entertainment has stated that it designed the game around players competing in teams of three with all of the playable characters utilizing abilities that work the best when being used in support of their teammates.
Unfortunately for players who would rather try to secure highlight kills and victories on their own or with just one teammate, Respawn Entertainment currently believes that Apex Legends is not balanced in a way that would allow for solo and duo play to exist successfully.
However, if the call from the community becomes strong enough for solo and duo play in, it wouldn't be surprising to see Respawn Entertainment work to include the two other game modes. The addition of solo and duo play would likely though take some major tweaking on the end of Respawn Entertainment in order to make sure it is fair and balanced when it comes to using all of the characters in Apex Legends.
