LCS Match Results For Day Two OF Week Three In The Spring Split

The teams of the LCS have finished up week three of the 2019 Spring Split, and while some of these teams have put their best foot forward and claimed victory yet again, others need to do a little more work if they want to climb to the top of the ladder. Here’s a brief breakdown of the games.

Flyquest – Echo Fox

Echo Fox have managed to pick up the win here today, moving them back into a 3-3 overall record. We’ve seen some improvements from these players over the past few weeks, likely as the nerves settle down and the team gets used to working together. Hopefully this can continue into the future.

Clutch Gaming – Cloud9

Cloud9 are back in second place after their victory here today. While the team has looked a bit shaky so far, their fundamentals haven’t changed that much as they chase after Team Liquids ghost and try to advance up the standings.

There's two main groups where the teams are bunching up. They'll have to break free at some point or else face the dreaded tie-breaker games.

Team Liquid – OpTic Gaming

Team Liquid simply can’t be stopped, or if they can, they haven’t met the team that will stop them yet. It’s looking more and more likely that they have the potential to go undefeated this season, which would give them a very nice boost if they end up heading into international events like MSI.

TSM – Golden Guardians

Golden Guardians have completed their first ever 2-0 weekend, and Hauntzer got his revenge on TSM for releasing him from the team in 2018. You can read our breakdown of the game, here.

100 Thieves – CLG

100 Thieves are also back on a 3-3 record as they put CLG back into a 3-3 record. It seems like there are a lot of teams with a 3-3 record so far, which means the teams of the LCS are equally good, or equally struggling.
