Fortnite Volcano Vent Locations - Season 8 Week 1 Challenges

Thursday, February 28th has seen the start to Season 8 of Fortnite Battle Royale begin with a variety of changes being made to the popular title and the beginning of the community's quest to complete all of the weekly challenges. This quest began on February 28th with the Fortnite Season 8 Week 1 challenges going live that sees players being asked to complete a multitude of tasks in order to level up their Battle Pass. One of these tasks is to use a volcano vent in different matches, and we have the locations where you can find a volcano vent to use covered for you.

Fortnite Volcano Vent Locations

Players will be able to find multiple locations where a volcano vent can be found in the Northeast region of the Fortnite Season 8 map. The reasoning for this is because Epic Games has introduced a volcano location as one of the many map changes to the battle royale game in Season 8. This has led to multiple locations surrounding the newly added geological structure where these new environmental features can be found.

You can find an example of one of the vent locations on the Fortnite Season 8 map below.

When one of the Fortnite volcano vent locations is used a player will be sent flying in the air where they will then be able to use their glider to move to a different area. However, in order to complete this particular challenge featured in the new set of Season 8 Week 1 challenges, players will have to use one of the Fortnite volcano vent locations in five different matches. This means that players will not be able to complete this challenge in one match.

Knowing the locations of where a volcano vent can be found on the new Fortnite Season 8 map will help you gain some valuable experience points that will level up your newly acquired Battle Pass.
