Apex Legends New 1.1.1 Update Patch Notes Reddit

With Respawn Entertainment feeling like its previous hitbox changes to the large characters of Gibraltar and Caustic not being enough to make the characters viable when compared to the roster's smaller characters, the developer decided to add the new Fortified perk to the passive abilities for both Gibraltar and Caustic. This Fortified perk will reduce damage taken by the two characters by 10%.

While the Wingman and Spitfire received significant nerfs to their damage output and magazine sizes, the Havoc, Longbow DMR, G7 Scout, and Triple Take weapons all were granted buffs in the Reddit 1.1.1 update patch notes to help make them more viable weapons in battle. However, many players were not too pleased with the nerfs to the fan-favorite weapons of the Wingman and Spitfire.
