By TJ Denzer ·
If you think you're good enough to roll with the best at EVO 2019, Panda Global is offering a chance to prove it and score a chance to go to EVO 2019 free with the PG Keys to EVO league.
EVO 2019 isn’t far away and any fighter worth their ilk is undoubtedly practicing up for everything that will be there, not to mention using events like Combo Breaker, Dreamhack Dallas, and more to prepare themselves along the way. Panda Global in particular is getting ready in a unique way. They’ve just announced the PG Keys to EVO online league. Five players in five of the hottest fighting games will score their chance to go to EVO 2019 on Panda Global’s dime as honorary Pandas.
The PG Keys to EVO league was announced on May 17, 2019 via Panda Global’s Twitter. Starting on May 28, Panda Global will start a series of online events in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Mortal Kombat 11, Dragon Ball FighterZ, and Tekken 7. Players who do well in these qualifying events will earn points and the opportunity to compete in Final Showdowns for each of the five games. The best performing players in each game will earn themselves a spot as an honorary member of Panda Global to represent the organization at EVO 2019.
From now until July 7, play in participating @smashgg online tournaments (like PG's Bamboo Battles!) to score points in each game's online leaderboard. Then, on the week of July 8, the Top 8 for each game square off to get the Panda treatment at EVO 2019! pic.twitter.com/yfPfochX8C

Officially, 5 winning players (One for each game) will receive:
- Flight valued up to $500 to Las Vegas
- Lodging for the duration of EVO 2019
- Panda Global (and related sponsor) merch
The official rules, dates and sign up pages for each game in the PG Keys To EVO can be found below.
This is an awesome opportunity for any would-be competitor to show their stuff and prove their mettle in their favorite game. And Panda isn’t keeping the competition all to themselves either. According to the event page, PG will offer event organizers and streamers with competitive viewership the opportunity to host tournaments in the participating games and allow players to score even more points in the overall PG Keys to EVO event. If there’s a game or streamer you know of who hosts in the five participating games, it will be well worth watching them for more opportunities and events to qualify.
