Aatrox and Ryze Star in This Week's LoL Free Champ Rotation
By Wyatt Fossett ·
The latest edition of the League of Legends free champion rotation is coming tomorrow and stars some hot champions from recent pro play.
It's been a crazy few weeks for League of Legends fans, and now that there is a bit of a break between the end of MSI 2019 and the beginning of the Summer Split, it's time to get back out onto the Rift.
Some of the highlights of this week's League of Legends free champion rotation include a few champions that saw major amounts of play on the international competition stage.
League of Legends Free Champion Rotation Runs from Tuesdays to Mondays and consists of some randomness, and some inclusion of champions recently changed or lower in play rate.
Free-to-Play Champions
May 21st - May 28th
With the extensive use of Ryse as both a mid-laner and an Ability-Power top-laner, players that have not yet unlocked him will get the opportunity to try out the wizard for free this week and see if that snowball bully is right for them. Other notable mainstays on the pro stage is the Aatrox, who has been getting some work done on the ability front by the balance team, but no time is like the present for getting time in with those mechanics.
This set of free-to-play champions will expire at the end of Monday, May 27th.
