Rogue's Profit Outplays Almost All of Vitality Under Turret
By Wyatt Fossett ·
It's still early in the LEC's 2019 Summer Split but Rogue sure does look hot so far.
The League of Legends European Championship’s 2019 Summer Split is underway with their Week 2 action, and before we can spend too much time looking at what’s trending in the league right now we’re still just enjoying the plays.
It has only been a single day in Week 2 action so far in the EU and we’ve already got one of the best plays made by any team.
In what should have been an easy win for Vitality on paper, something about this shaken-up Rogue team has been clicking. Three games into the Summer Split and this Rogue squad is sitting on a 2W - 1L record.
Must See Moment
This must-see moment is one to pick apart forever. It’s also something that could lead to a whole lot of Jarvan IV picks for top-laners across the globe.
Under his own turret, Rogue’s Profit shuffles around as two members of Vitality converge on him, while a third and forth begin a teleport in.
Almost immediately Profit throws down the Jarvan IV ultimate to lock two of the Vitality members under the turret and bring the sentry aggro. Jumping into and back out of the attack, Profit plays with Vitality and their emotions.
Quickly he destroys Mogli on the Elise before teasing in fellow top-laner Cabochard with his low health. However, a few shields and a perfectly timed Sona teleport and heal completely fakes Cabochard into thinking that he has the upper hand. Until his screen goes black and white.
