It’s a new month, and that means new Pokémon for those looking to cash in on the freebies. This month, the Pokémon on offer are Xerneas and Yveltal, the two heavy hitters from the X and Y series of games. From May 4^th, players in the US can grab a download code from GameStop stores across the country. Players in the UK can pick up the codes from participating Game stores, and Canadian players can visit EB Games to get their code, for use with any seventh generation Pokémon game.

The version you’re playing will also determine the kind of Pokémon you receive, with Sun and Ultra Sun players picking up the Dark/Flying-type Yveltal, and Moon and Ultra Moon players receiving Fairy-type Xerneas. The version of Sun and Moon that you redeem the code in will also determine how powerful the Pokémon is. Here are the levels and moves for the free Pokémon:

In order to redeem the code, select the Mystery Gift option from the main menu, and choose the option to receive your gift via a code/password. Simply put in the code when prompted and download the Legendary Pokémon, which will be waiting for you inside any Pokémon Center, once you talk to the deliveryman waiting there.
