Wednesday, March 28th saw the v8.20 content update take place for Fortnite Battle Royale. While the v8.20 content update for Fortnite has been less than well received by the title's community, it did finally introduce a ranked playlist that competitive players have been asking to be implemented for some time. However, the addition of the Arena Mode ranked playlist has not been without criticism either regarding its inclusion of a leaderboard for players to use to see where they stack up against others. Fortnite Arena Mode Leaderboard

At the time of this writing, Epic Games has not yet created a leaderboard for the Fortnite Arena Mode for either solo or duos. Popular leaderboard tracking website Fortnite Tracker also does not currently have a leaderboard for the Arena Mode. This means that players can currently keep track of the division that they have reached but can not see where they are placed in relation to the rest of the world or their specific region. 

The lack of standings for the newly added arena mode has not sat well with many members of the battle royale game's player base, as many feel that a large portion of the fun of a ranked playlist is being able to see your place in the standings against their favorite professional players like Tyler "Ninja" Belvins or Turner "Tfue" Tenney of FaZe Clan. 

With high placement in the Fortnite Arena Mode a requirement for securing a spot in the Semi-Finals of the upcoming weekly $1,000,000 Online Open tournaments for the 2019 World Cup, the lack of a leaderboard for the ranked playlist will not help players be able to see if they have qualified to compete in the lucrative in-game events.
