Fortnite Burst Assault Rifle (AR) Vaulted in 7.10 Patch Notes

Epic Games has vaulted every rarity of the burst assault rifle or AR in the newly implemented 7.10 patch notes, and members of the community have mixed reactions.

Tuesday, January 8th saw Epic Games implement the final 7.10 content update, and its patch notes delivered plenty of changes to the popular title of Fortnite Battle Royale. While the addition of the suppressed sniper rifle was the main highlight regarding weapons in the 7.10 patch notes, another unexpected change has rocked the Fortnite community, as Epic Games have vaulted the uncommon, common and rare burst assault rifle or AR.
Fortnite Burst Assault Rifle (AR)
The Fortnite community was caught off guard with the revelation that the lower rarity of the burst AR had been vaulted in the patch notes for the 7.10 content update. Epic Games had made it known that the six shooter pistol that was introduced in the Fortnitemares in-game event would be vaulted today but had made no mention of the AR.
Reaction by the community regarding the vaulting of the burst assault rifle has been mixed, as many are happy to see a weapon that has been seen as too weak, especially at the lower rarity levels, be no longer available. However, with this particular AR being a staple weapon of Fortnite ever since its battle royale game mode was first released, many players are sad to see the veteran weapon leave the popular battle royale game.
It’s so awesome to know I’ll never pick up a gray or green burst ever again. Plus the dual pistols are back!! Yes!!! #Fortnite

In addition to the vaulting of the Burst assault rifle and the six shooter pistol, Epic Games also brought back a weapon from the depths of the Fortnite vault with the dual pistols now available once again on the liver servers of the massively popular battle royale title.
