League of Legends Mid-Season Trials Event Has Arrived!

In the spirit of one of the biggest competitive global tournaments in professional League of Legends, the Mid-Season Trials in-game event has arrived and you can finally live your League of Legends cross Hogwarts dreams.

In addition to a whole mountain of new rewards and in-game quests to accomplish, players are given the choice to pledge themselves to a “House” within League of Legends. The pledge will unlock a unique player icon for people to represent their house in front of others. 

The Houses

In the game client, there is a missions menu at the bottom right of the menu. In that pop-up is a list of your current missions but at the top of the menu is where one can choose their house to represent during the Trials 2019 battle. 

The Council

Control the Map; Control the Game is their motto. The ever-planning and aware, the Council is the perfect house choice for the vision phenom in your life. 

The United

“If you’re the type of hero that wills your team to win, then you know where you stand,” says the Narrator, because The United achieve victory as a collective. If one believes that all obstacles can be overcome by the power of synergy, then the United is the house for you. 

The Warband

For those that see their own moments in the reflection on the heart of victory, the Warband is the house for you. Be the best. Live for the duel. Carry your team to glory. 

The Faceless

A place to call home for those willing to go outside of the norm to achieve greatness, the Faceless is the place for the gamers who want to turn down a different road and will try whatever it takes to curse the competition with confusion.

Each week League of Legends players will receive updates on current point-standings for the four houses, based on earnings from players pledged to said house. The points earned will increase with each week so that any house has the chance to make a solid comeback at any stage of the event. 

The Mid-Season Trials have begun (as of today, May 2nd) and will run until June 2nd. So, it’s time to get into the game, and pledge yourself to one of the four League of Legends houses, no sorting hat needed.
